This hotel is so nice and comfortable. The quality of the bed and the room was excellent. It was a very cleaned place to stay. We loved the fact that a very nice Italian Restaurant was just beside it. And the restaurant was very nice the food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I would go back any time.

Great breakfast & 1st class, nice area.
We appreciated the excellent value, great stop 300 miles from home, so we were not over tired getting there, good location for us, good breakfast & near other amenities, the fitness room & pool would have been used by us but we just did not have the extra time to relax!

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! The food was good also, there are fruits around throughout the day! Great touch!
The hotel was easy to find. The staff was extremely helpful. There are two computers in the lobby, which makes it easy to ask the front desk for assistance as well (when looking for activities). One staff member called her daughter to find out late activities for us! (Too bad the skating rink was closing). The pool area was closed by the time we got back to the hotel, but the ambiance was peaceful in that wing. The food was GREAT! Breakfast was from 7-10, and gave us a great start! There's a waffle maker, eggs, toast, oatmeal, fruit, tea, coffee, and more! Even when breakfast was over, we were able to eat fruit from the dining area or the lobby! They really kept us going throughout the day. We were extremely satisfied!

Booked a last minute room via Priceline and was awarded with a great price for a night at this establishment. The rooms were spacious, very clean and for the most part quiet. There was a wedding party on our floor who were quite rowdy at 3 AM but otherwise, the stay was fabulous. Great friendly staff, morning breakfast and easy to get too.

We stayed here for one night, but I wish we were able to stay longer. I felt very comfortable here, although you can tell that this is an older hotel. It is very clean. Also, the front desk staff is pleasant, and breakfast is great. I'm hoping to be able to go back to Nichols Village because the surrounding area is beautiful, and I'd like to use more of the hotel amenties.

Spent two nights while our daughter was visiting the Bible Baptist College. Our teen son enjoyed the large pool that was open 6am to 10pm. We swam in the morning and then evening. The main building just finished remodeling and the rooms were clean and fresh. Modern TV and furnishings. We plan on staying again as our daughter has been accepted to BBC. Great location to resturants and mall.

This is a modern hotel, at least in the building where we stayed where the front desk is located. The room was above average in size and had flat screen TV. The pool was also rather large and deep. Free breakfast included waffle maker, pancakes and bacon. The entire place was very clean. Scranton is easy to find and about 10 minutes away.
